The Service

EZSupplyList provides school supply list management software on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use EZSupplyList to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service

Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed annually
• No refunds are issued for unused subscription time
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
• Trial periods are 45 days with no credit card required

Data

• You retain ownership of all supply list data you enter
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties

Limitation of Liability

EZSupplyList is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
